이유: 부서의 실력이 아니라 이번 달에 추가 업무를 감당할 시간·인력상의 여력을 뜻하므로 capacity가 알맞습니다.

또는 He has many different abilities.
이유: 전반적인 능력을 말하는 ability는 보통 셀 수 없는 명사로 쓰지만, 서로 다른 종류의 능력들을 가리킬 때는 복수형 abilities를 사용할 수 있습니다.
